Yeah, it’s Friday! This is the favorite day of the week for all of us working people. We are now happy, but think about how you will feel on Monday?
Fragile, nervous, a little depressed? This is to be expected when you face a mountain of unfinished work waiting for you. But, it doesn’t have to be that way. Try to do some of these things on Friday and your Monday will be less of stress.
1.Finish one major task
If you have a task that you have said that you will do by Friday, do it. Do not leave it for Monday because you will feel satisfied and go into the weekend without stress.
2. Make a to-do list for the next week
Plan your tasks for next week on Friday, it will be much easier and your Monday morning will feel better when you know what you will do day by day, your whole week’s mood would be changed.
3. Change your routine
Friday is an excellent day for meeting with colleagues. They are more relaxed and more open to informal chats, or lunch appointments. Try to spend time with them and you will feel better at the weekend and also the start of next week ready to go.
4. Ask for help
If you need some help with tasks you need to do on Monday, ask for help on Friday. The reason has been, that everybody else is also under pressure and together you can all have a more productive day.
5. Send a thank-you note
Send an email to a colleague who has performed well. By just saying thank you, you will increase motivations and goodwill, which will contribute in the long run to making your workplace a happier and more productive place.
After you have laid ground on Friday, your Monday’s will start stressless.
One extra thing you should do on Friday after work to relieve the pressure of a stressful week you had, is playing at your favorite casino Casino Extreme and try to win big. Wish you nothing but good luck and long winnings streaks and forget to give yourself some me time this weekend. 😉
